As we’re all adjusting to the “new normal,” our team is eager to put our expertise to work. We are very fortunate to have this wonderful, Philadelphia treasure available at ONE North Broad to host private rental events, both large and small.
ONE North Broad offers dynamic working and meeting spaces, to be used individually or in combination to host many types of events. During this period of “interim normal,” we can host meetings and events in-person, virtually and in a hybrid fashion as well. Our professional in-house services include complete vendor management and personal hotel liaising, among others.

MEETING SPACES AT ONE NORTH BROAD
Museum Meeting Rooms
ONE North Broad’s crown jewels are its seven unique meeting rooms, used continuously by Pennsylvania Freemasons since 1876. Kept in impeccable condition, these rooms were specifically designed for meeting and presenting, so the function of these spaces is matched only by their extraordinary form. Each room features modified theater-style seating with upholstered benches on risers, offering perfect line of sight for each participant. The landing in each room serves as a natural stage for speakers and a perfect focal point for A/V presentations.
In addition to exceptional acoustics and lighting, each room provides a dramatically different backdrop, as they are designed in one of seven different beautiful architectural and historic styles. Whether you select the Grecian grandeur of our largest meeting room, Corinthian Hall, or host an intimate gathering in the splendor of Egyptian Hall, these rooms are an impressive and memorable setting your attendees won’t soon forget.
In terms of event flow, many of these meeting rooms are located on the second floor, connected by our Foyer Under the Stars. They work wonderfully as independent meeting spaces and are very accessible for hosting breakout sessions. Each has a convenient anteroom for enjoying beverages or breaks.

The John Wanamaker Room
Located privately on our lower level is another of our versatile meeting rooms. This is a richly wood-paneled room that is used for working breakfasts, luncheons and dinner meetings. It is also available for use without any food and beverage, if desired. The John Wanamaker Room is an impressive yet intimate executive dining experience.
Capacity 2 – 80 guests, dependent on event set-up*
The Grand Ballroom
Located on our main level and renovated in 2016, this central space is exceptionally versatile. Able to host large conference round-table events, speaking engagements, presentation receptions, awards dinners, expos, fundraisers or product launches, the Ballroom is perfect for a wide variety of events. While keeping much of the historic design, such as the intricate mosaic tile floor and hand-painted murals, this space was modernized to feature built in audio/visual upgrades for amazing acoustics and lively productions.
Capacity 10 – 300 guests, dependent on event set-up*
*In-person capacities will vary based on CDC and state and local government guidelines. Virtually/remotely hosted event capacities are unlimited.
