Julia Rae and Matt Lucido made the decision to exchange vows at ONE North Broad at the majestic Masonic Temple because they were looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, not just a venue.

Their evening began with a beautiful ceremony in Corinthian Hall where timeless architecture and warm light created an intimate setting for their heartfelt vows. From Julia’s entrance to the couple’s “I do’s”, each moment set the tone for the meaningful celebration to come.

Following the ceremony, guests gathered in the Foyer Under the Stars for Cocktail Hour, where custom uplighting shone focus on the ceiling of illuminated stars, set amid a three-story winding staircase and vibrant stained-glass windows, a scene truly worthy of the evening’s “Old Hollywood Glam” theme.

The celebration continued in the exquisite Grand Ballroom where candlelight and classic New Year’s Eve style brough Julia and Matt’s vision to life. One of the night’s most unforgettable moments came when Julia surprised everyone – including Matt – with a live performance of Beyonce’s “Crazy in Love” alongside their 11-piece band!

As the clock struck midnight, glasses of champagne were raised high for a toast to love, laughter and new beginnings. The dance floor stayed packed well after midnight, as family and friends celebrated a new year and the start of Julia and Matt’s forever. It was a night where romance met radiance, and every detail sparkled.

Inspired by fellow Philadelphian Grace Kelly, Julia paid tribute to the princess’s timeless style in a custom ball gown that echoed Kelly’s 1956 wedding dress. It was serendipitous that the couple were married in the same National Historic Landmark building where Grace Kelly’s son, Prince Albert of Monaco, hosted his Planetary Health Awards Gala just months earlier.

The incredibly executed event even led to national and international recognition. ONE was recognized in a People magazine article about the wedding and nominated for “Best Overall Wedding” in the Esprit Awards 2025, presented by the International Live Events Association (ILEA). The awards recognize the most outstanding live events in the industry each year.
